COVID-19 Update to Clients

Given the challenges presented to us all by Coronavirus (Covid-19), our priority at StableLogic is the health and safety of our staff and clients. We have a long-standing and well-tested business continuity plan which we have fully activated. These procedures have been further updated in recent weeks and will continue to adapt as the situation requires.
Service to Clients
Since our plan was activated on March 16th, including full homeworking, there has been no interruption to our client service. Our procedures, which include maintaining separation between our employees, sharing of knowledge between team members and the effective use of technology, means that we do not anticipate any major impact to our client service in the coming months.
Our technology solutions are self-managing and are operating extremely well. Our team has more than enough resources to monitor and maintain systems, even if multiple team members are unavailable.
Prioritising Client Needs
Most of our clients have seen major changes to their operating arrangements this week. We have been supporting clients as they migrate to home working and dealing with their urgent requirements.
We also appreciate that many clients are concerned about their business income in the coming months. We are ready to support clients with their needs, including: i) IT cost reduction, ii) Agile working, and iii) Video conferencing. If there is anything we can do to help your staff or business, please do let us know.
We are aware of a number of telecommunications and technology suppliers who are taking longer than usual to respond to requests, install services and respond to faults. This is a combination of staff away due to self-isolation and increased demand. We will continue to work with suppliers to deliver for our clients and will keep you updated.
As you would expect, we have moved all face to face client meetings to virtual meetings and we are using video conferencing wherever possible. If your arrangements allow, we would propose to continue with our existing meeting schedules.
