Service Delivery Manager

As an Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will be supporting a portfolio of key accounts within our managed services business.  Understanding the clients individual needs, supporting day to day operations, building a plan to work in partnership driving growth and retention, developing relationships to deliver long term mutual success.

You will work closely with our leadership and development teams to deliver and nurture a best-in-class customer experience.

The role includes the delivery of day-to-day operational duties as well as strategic account management and relationship building.  As a number of our clients are based in the United States, some travel and some working during UK evenings, will be required.

A day in the life of an SDM at StableLogic:

  • Owning the client relationship from end to end, running weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with varying levels of client seniority.
  • Producing regular reporting for clients and presenting management information to clients.
  • Analysing client data and making recommendations on cost savings and service improvements.
  • Helping to onboard new clients to the service, managing client expectations and maintaining action logs.
  • Working with the team to ensure that the client experiences the best and most appropriate level of support and service and that ultimately to the client reflects a single joined up team approach.
  • Learning about the client’s organisation and building strong working partnership across all key areas of the client’s business.
  • Ensuring clarity with all stakeholders, with a proactive approach to task and service management.
  • Working proactively with your accounts, with a planned schedule of visits and calls, using reports and information to keep the client up to date, ensuring that you get the most from your client engagements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A proven service professional operating at the minimum of key and high value account level.
  • A strong knowledge of the telecoms and/or mobile telephony sector or experience of similar markets.
  • IT literate, with an emphasis on using technology to be effective and productive.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform intermediate excel tasks.
  • An understanding of ITIL framework and efficient IT lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills both F2F and written, with the interpersonal skills to influence other parts of the business.
  • High levels of energy, commitment, and tenacity with a strong understanding of the clients preferred processes.
  • Ability to work on own, planning diary and working autonomously within your defined role.

Skill / Experience

The key languages and services used by StableLogic include PHP, Java, MySQL, AWS, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript, GIT, jQuery, Symfony and API integration principles.

Required

  • At least 2 – 3 years working experience as a Software Developer
  • Strong capabilities in PHP, Java and MySQL
  • Symfony framework experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Advantageous but not essential

  • Computer science degree or equivalent

IT Analyst

Overview of Role

The Analyst role at StableLogic is a key part of our client delivery process. The role entails working on a day to day basis with our consultants, suppliers and clients.  A considerable part of the role comprises data analysis, solving problems, compiling reports and responding to specific requests from clients.

The role provides the benefit of learning about the communications industry from the ground up and due to the nature of StableLogic, working with many different technologies, products and organisations.

The Analyst role at StableLogic has the following key elements:

  • Data Analysis – Using a range of industry practices and tools to translate complex data into meaningful information
  • Client Communication – Working with a consultant to effectively gather data and feedback to key client contacts
  • Project Support – Supporting consultants with client liaison and project delivery
  • Problem Solving – The ability to work an issue to resolution with little support

Key Tasks

Although the role changes depending on current clients and projects, the following are typical tasks that would be required:

  • Consultant Support – Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and supporting consultants where required.
  • Report Production – The management and production of reports for clients on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Data Exploration – A significant part of the role is the collection, normalisation and validation of client data. Often across a number of services and territories.
  • Data Analysis – Using SQL and a range of other tools, analysing client data as part of a wider consultancy team.

Responsibilities

The Analyst role is responsible for delivering a high quality of service to StableLogic’s clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding quickly and efficiently to all client requests and emails
  • Providing the consultants with professional support in meetings, calls and conferences
  • Taking accountability for project work and delivering the results in line with the expectations of the project team
  • Developing leading edge analysis methodology for maximum efficiency
  • The collection and validation of client data prior to analysis

Personal Profile

Prior experience is not required but an active interest and qualifications in IT, Maths or Science are essential. The post is suitable for those with an IT or IT related degree.

The person is likely to be keen and enthusiastic, have strong written and oral communication skills and will have an active interest in the IT and technology.

Experience of coding, HTML, SQL or PHP would be an advantage but are not critical.  A interest in data analysis with software such as PowerBI or Grafana would also be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse problems and respond to a range of competing priorities.

A fantastic opportunity for a Trainee IT Analyst within a dynamic and highly-regarded consultancy company in the City of London.  The role is in a fast-paced demanding environment, working with both UK and multinational clients.

The Trainee IT Analyst role at StableLogic has the following key elements:

  • Communication – Working effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues

  • Project Support – Supporting the wider team with client liaison and project delivery

The following are typical tasks that would be required:

  • First Line Support – Working with clients, via the telephone and email, to resolve their issues.
  • Supplier Management – Reporting faults to suppliers, chasing for solutions.
  • Team Support – Working on projects with the wider StableLogic team.
